Thomas Matthew DeLonge Jr. (né le 13 décembre 1975), est un chanteur et guitariste américain, membre fondateur du groupe californien de pop-punk Blink-182, du groupe Box Car Racer et du groupe Angels And Airwaves. Il vit avec sa femme Jen, sa fille Ava, son fils Jonas Rocket et son berger allemand, Grey à Encinitas en Californie.

Tom DeLonge fut élevé par ses parents en Californie. Il a un frère plus âgé nommé Shon et une sœur plus jeune nommée Kari. En 1990, pour ses 15 ans, il reçut en cadeau sa toute première guitare d'un ami qui l'avait trouvé abandonné. Assez turbulent, il fut exclu de son école, Poway High School, durant sa première année après avoir été trouvé saoul durant un match de basket-ball. Intégré à une nouvelle école, il fit la connaissance de Anne Hoppus, la sœur de Mark Hoppus. C'est ainsi que, en collaboration avec Mark Hoppus, fut crée le groupe qui deviendra plus tard Blink-182.
